Reaching Your Goals, Inc. is committed to supporting and providing services to rehabilitate current mental and behavioral health impairment. We are nationally
accredited by CARF, and are endorsed through Wake County Local Management Entity to provide these services to residents in the catchment areas that we serve. To
qualify for this service, you must have active Medicaid or HealthChoice coverage, or have the ability to self-pay. If you do not have coverage, please call
us directly as we may be able to assist you or can refer you to an agency that can better assist your needs. There are other admission criteria specific to each
service that must be met.
